Hi, I'm Carolyn, Career and Social Media Strategist, Leadership and Life Coach. After serving 24 years in the U.S. Navy, I retired at the rank of Commander and decided to continue doing what I loved most - coaching and teaching. Having served in key leadership positions and as a successful business owner, I know all too well some of the challenges one faces when pursuing the career and life of their dreams.

Most of us are not taught the skills needed to break out of the box and reach our full God given potential. I share the knowledge, skills and experience I have gained with the women and men I work with so they can overcome what's holding them back so they too can create the life of their dreams and have an extraordinary career.
